1. If you don't wish to be charged again you must go to YOUR PayPal account to cancel the subscription before the payment date - WE CANNOT ACCESS YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND CANNOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR YOU. However, if you cancel immediately after placing your ad in order to get the llower rate, we will ban you from renewing.
2. If you don't want to continue your premium ad on MassageSoup.com you need to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Once we are paid for your ad it will run for the year unless you notify us via email to remove it. WHETHER YOUR AD IS RUNNING OR NOT, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
