What mainly attracts me to Aromatherapy and Reflexology is the offer of a caring relationship with people. These treatments have great potential for relief of stress, a common problem of our times. Also they offer the possibility of the natural alleviation of some common ailments without recourse to powerful medication, which can often have side-effects.

They give the benefits of touch, so often withheld in our machine-oriented age. And although treatment may be relatively expensive, it is carried out at a gentle pace in which there is time for the client and therapist to communicate.
